TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT:
• Payment through Paypal only
• Currency: USD
• Partial payment of 50% must be received before I start working and after the initial rough sketch is completed and reviewed by the commissioner.
• Payment must be received within 3 business days after I give you a slotFLOW OF WORK:
• Step 1: Sketch - you can request changes to the drawing with up to 2 edits
• Step 2: Color plan / Rough colors - you can request changes to the base colors (the sketch is no longer applied for re-edit at this point)
• Step 3: Rendering and final image – you have 1 free edit. Exceeding the amounts of edits will charge you 10$ per edits
Note: I will contact you via email to discuss changes and editsWHAT I CAN DRAW:
• Style: stylized characters/creatures
• Creating and visualizing your original characters
• Designing your original characters (for video game, graphic novel, animation, comic, webcomic)
• Concepting your original character’s reference sheet
• Fanart
• Pin-up (slightly provocative)Note: I work best with original ideas and most comfortable with the design and concept of your ideas base on your description and reference source.WHAT I CANNOT DRAW:
• Furries

• If you decide to cancel within 1 week.
• If I cannot provide/finish the artwork for any given reasonDEADLINES:
• Artwork will be finished within 2 - 3 weeks after partial payment is made. You will receive the artwork once the full payment is made. There is an option for 1-day delivery.
• If you need me to meet a certain deadline, let me know in advance and I’ll let you know whether I can work with those conditions or not, default would be no deadline in your Paypal invoiceWHAT YOU GET:
• Digital illustration (there is no physical copy)
• Full resolution digital image in a landscape size at 300 dpi
• Output: high-quality JPEG (unless you request a different format)
• You will receive the full package in a compressed file via weTransferDISCLAIMERS:
• The base price commission is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
• I reserve the rights over the final artwork to freely use it for my portfolio showcase. You can decline to have the work showcased as I will ask for your consent.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
• I may ask for your permission to sell prints unless the work is charged for commercial use.
• You have the right to use the final digital image for personal use (i.e. print it for yourself, online display, etc.)
• You MAY NOT resell the image to third parties (i.e. make prints or merchandise from my artwork for sale, or resell the original digital image for money, building commercial brand) unless the work is charged for commercial use.
